What do you want to say or address with your photography?

I want to uplift the name of Nigeria to the world and regain it’s reputation.

Please describe the highs and lows of your experience as a Black photographer?

As a Nigerian living in a community that does not appreciate this form of art it is hard to be constantly inspired to create.

 
 

What work are you producing and what more would you like to do?

I’m currently building a portfolio on fashion photography. I would love to shoot for magazines.

 

Ebuka Mordi is a Nigerian portrait and fashion photographer whose passion is fuelled by the amazing gift of nature.

Aside from photography, Ebuka indulges in hiking, playing video games, listening to jazz music, and petitioning to get a Vogue Nigeria up and going.
